Where do I locate the junction box for my wall ovens?

I have to use a pretty large junction box to comply with NEC box fill guidelines. My wall ovens are in a full-height wall cabinet. Where do I locate my junction box? Do I have to sacrifice shelf space to surface mount the box in the upper part of the cabinet above the top wall oven? If this is the case, do I bring the NM-B straight through the drywall and the rear cabinet panel? Should I recess the junction box in the stud bay?
So, do most people place them inside the cabinet mounted to the wood, or do they hack out a square hole in the back of the cabinet and surface mount to the drywall?

You should mount the box in the stud bay, Remember to staple all wires going in at least 12 inches from the box and to the studs. This way the box is out of the way of the ovens and the waires are to code.

Anything over 1/2″ high has to be ramped very gently. To be ADA compliant, a 4″ high speed hump would need a four foot wide up-slope, a five foot landing on top, then a four foot wide down-slope.

I need a website with information on work-power-force things?

I need a website with information like how many horsepowers it takes to make a 200 pound object go 5 mph, or how to find the peak height of a object that went at a 90 degree angle and stayed in the air for 10 seconds. I need formulas or, at best, a calculator that does it for me. But formulas would be nice. Any information regarding this would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!

To know how much horsepower it takes to make a 200-pound object go 5 mph, you need to specify how much time it takes to reach that speed.

Here are some useful formulas:

F = m*a (Newton’s 2nd law)
E = 1/2*m*v^2 (kinetic energy)
W = E (work-energy theorem)
W = F*x
P = W/t

Where F = force, m = mass, a = acceleration, v = velocity, W = work, x = distance, P = power, and t = time

To find out how much power it takes to accelerate a 200 kilogram object to a velocity of 5 meters per second in a time of 2 second, we would go about it thusly:

The kinetic energy of a 200 kg object going 5 m/s is
E = 1/2*m*v^2
E = 1/2*(200 kg)*(5 m/s)^2
E = 2500 joules

By the work-energy theorem, we need to do 2500 joules of work on the object in 2 seconds, so the average power neede is:
P = (2500 joules) / (2 seconds)
P = 1250 watts

1250 watts is the same thing as 1.68 horsepower.

Which human growth hormone increases height?

Are there any that actually make you taller. Please don’t say that they don’t work because that’s really not what i want to hear. I am still a teen and want to put on a few more inches.

If you have passed your potential for more growth then there is nothing you could do and this is when the [epiphyses] growth plates have fused.But you are still a teen so there is still potential, usually up until around age 21 in males though varies with each individual.

Getting to bed early at night increases Human Gorwth Hormone (HGH) production. Try to sleep before 11pm. And make sure you get 8 hours at a stretch because more HGH might be produced in the late part of sleep, when you are in deep sleep. And you do indeed grow while you sleep.

Make sure you get enough exercise, eat healthily….stay away from fizzy drinks containing aspartame and crisps and other foods that have the additive MSG. Eat lots of fruit, veggies and take a fish oil supplement for omega 3 or flaxseed oil capsules. Avoid sweets that are just sugar loaded and raise insulin too high…this may also dampen your HGH production from somatastatin released in response to too much insulin. Eat lots of complex carbohyrates instead of refined ones….wholemeal bread, whole grains, muesli, baked potstoes in their jackets [eat the skin] etc. And also eats lots of nuts and seeds such as pumpkin seeds that are rich in growth promoting zinc, and walnuts that a good source of omega 3. Avoid greasy foods unless it is a source of good fats such as virgin olive oil and seed oils.

Hope that helps.
Try not to worry as worry is only stress and stress is counter-productive to restful sleep and also growth.

You will only reach the height that is destined for you as you will only get from life what is destined for you. So learn to just go with the flow insha’Allah…

“Go easy on yourself,
for the outcome of all affairs is determined by God’s decree.
If something is meant to go elsewhere,
it will never come your way,
but if it is yours by destiny,
from you it cannot flee.”
~ Arabic poetry
…..Hazrat Umar Ibn al Khattab [radi Allah 'anhu] used to quote.

May peace be with you.

What’s your baby’s weight & height?

What’s your baby’s weight & height?

My son is 11 months old & he’s 26 in. long. I’m a little concerned because he was born 21 in. which means he’s only grown 5 in almost a year. He’s also been 26 in. for the past 4 months… he hasn’t grown at all. My doctor said he’s less than 1 percentile on the growth charts. Other babies tower over him. No one believes he’s 11 months old. He still wears his 6 to 9 month clothing. He’s also only 18 lbs which doesn’t concern me as much because he eats non stop. I know he’s not undernourished. I am worried though that in the last month he’s lost almost 2 and 1/2 lbs. He used to be over 20. I figure some of that has to do with crawling & “cruising” but 2 and a 1/2 lbs?

My daughter was 18.5 lbs and 31 inches at 9 months. She was 22 inches at birth. My son was 19 lbs. and 31.5 inches at 9 months. He was 21.5 inches at birth. My kids have been on tall side.

Your baby has just found his natural growth pattern. A baby’s size at birth is determined by the mother’s diet, and size of her womb. After that a baby starts to take on their own pattern of growth. So it’s not unusual that a baby who was very big at birth would only gain a few pounds in the first year.
